باستخدامك أي تطبيق أو خدمة تنشرها سيبر فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط، إضافة لأي شروط خاصة تظهر داخل التطبيق.
الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن أي نشاط يتم من حسابك.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع استخدام خدماتنا لأي غرض مخالف للقانون، أو نشر محتوى مسيء أو مضلل، أو محاولة الاختراق أو التلاعب.
الدفع والإلغاء
الأسعار والرسوم وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع موضّحة داخل كل تطبيق قبل تأكيد أي عملية.
الملكية الفكرية
التطبيقات وتصاميمها وشعاراتها ومحتواها محمية، ولا يجوز نسخها دون إذن.
حدود المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لتكون الخدمة متاحة ودقيقة، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات أو أخطاء خارجة عن إرادتنا.
إنهاء الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت، ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.

Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account.

Do not use our services unlawfully, post offensive or misleading content, or attempt to hack or manipulate them.
Payments and cancellation
Prices, fees and cancellation and refund terms are shown in each app before you confirm.
Intellectual property
Apps, designs, logos and content are protected and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep services available and accurate, but interruptions or errors beyond our control may occur.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
